Emerald Lake Condominiums are set among stately trees, rustic natural areas and carefully planned landscapes to insure privacy and provide a natural backdrop for the brick and cedar architecture.
The atmosphere is more "Northern Cottage" than East Lansing Condo. Residents are treated to sightings of deer, ducks, geese, a wide variety of birds and more than an occasional wild turkey. And the fish are big and biting at Emerald Lake as well as the other lakes in our neighborhood.

| 2025 Yard Waste Pick Up DatesYard waste will be picked up four times this summer on May 14, July 9, August 13 and September 10. Waste should be placed in paper yard waste bags on the curb by 7:00 AM. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 |

| Correction to Spring CleanupThe spring cleanup that will occur next week does not include pruning and trimming of shrubs. That will happen in May. You may still contact Crystal about vegetation that you don't want trimmed any time. Wednesday, April 16, 2025 |
